Juan Grobler is an entrepreneur and technology executive with more than 26 years of international experience building and scaling businesses across technology, infrastructure and capital projects. As Founder and CEO of Global Footprints, he is building an enterprise data and intelligence platform designed to transform how major capital projects are integrated, managed and delivered.
Since starting his career at IBM in 1998, he has founded three companies and sold all three, and his work has taken him across the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Founded by Juan in 2015, Global Footprints is a capital projects software platform for integration, cost intelligence and project controls, with offices in New York and Miami Beach. Global Integrator connects ERP, scheduling and engineering systems; CostHub and LEMS give project teams real-time cost, labour and project intelligence. The platform has supported major infrastructure and industrial projects in energy, mining, transportation and the public sector.
Global Footprints was acquired by an AI company in 2023. In 2025 Juan reacquired the platform and re-established it as Global Footprints Holdings, with offices in New York and Miami Beach.
